Mital has over 12 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Direct Tax &Transfer Pricing advisory. He has worked in multinational organizations such as KPMG and TNC (now merged with Grant Thornton).

Over the years, he has ably handled P & L reporting, budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Accounts, Book Closure, Costing, MIS and financial analytics etc. He also has experience in corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing and regulatory compliances, advisory and litigation.

He has advised clients on variety of tax and regulatory issues involving
interpretation of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA). He has prepared BEPS Compliance Documentation for various companies which includes preparation of Country-by-Country Report, Master File and Local Files. He has represented various clients, across sectors, before tax authorities in their tax audits and appeals.
