Miral has over 14 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax & Transaction Structuring. He has worked in multinational organizations such as KPMG and Ernst& Young.

Over the years, he has ably handled P & L reporting, budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Accounts, Book Closure, Costing, MIS and financial analytics etc. He has also experience in implementing cloud accounting software and migration from old accounting software to cloud accounting software. Apart from the financial reporting, he has worked on marque M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, income tax and transfer pricing matters, corporate law exchange control law, family succession matters and complex regulatory issues.
